Bead Protectors
Bead Protectors are used for protecting Bead region of OTR tyres from damage due to handling tools.These are fitted on beads diameter of OTR tyres so that handling tool does not come in direct contact of Bead and thus bead does get damaged.These are secured in position by plastic straps.
Flap Protectors
Flap Protectors are used for protecting heat transfer from Rim/Valve Body to Flap at hole region thus saving life of Flaps. These are made from high grade engineering plastic. Since these are made from plastic, they do not allow heat to transfer from Rim/Valve Body to Flap at hole region.
Bead Spacers
These are used for PCR Tubeless Tyres. They do not allow bead to bead distance collapse and hence keep bead to bead distance intact.
